As the Senior, you will develop rotas, complete supervisions and deputise for the Frontline Manager. You'll work closely with the staff team, encouraging, coaching and identifying training needs, whether formal or by way of day-to-day coaching and reflection.
Your role will also be vital in assisting with daily activities, including medication support, intimate care, feeding (including via peg tube), and facilitating enjoyable leisure activities such as swimming, arts and crafts, dining out, and outings in our mini-bus. Our staff share mealtimes and cook delicious meals together, valuing the connections formed over shared experiences. Plus, our dedicated multi-disciplinary team, including registered nurses, is available around the clock to ensure the highest standard of care.
