The Opportunity
You will take a lead role in construction delivery, acting as the key interface between stakeholders, contractors, and design teams—ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This is a high-visibility role, requiring strong leadership, commercial awareness, and the ability to hold delivery partners to account.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end construction project delivery
* Hold contractors accountable for programme, cost, and quality
* Identify and mitigate project risks and delivery challenges
* Act as the primary liaison between client, contractors, and design teams
* Coordinate across multiple stakeholders and delivery partners
* Provide clear and regular reporting to senior leadership
* Manage project plans, timelines, resources, and budgets
* Oversee change control processes and ensure governance is followed
* Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
* Extensive experience delivering construction or built environment projects
* Strong understanding of project methodologies and delivery frameworks
* Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, and resources
* Knowledge of contract frameworks such as JCT and/or NEC
* Experience using planning tools (e.g. Primavera, MS Project)
* In‑depth understanding of Health & Safety regulations in construction
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills at senior level
Military Applicants – Your Experience Is Highly Relevant
* Managed infrastructure, estates, or construction projects within the military
* Experience in programme delivery, planning, or engineering roles
* Led multi‑disciplinary teams in high‑pressure environments
* Strong understanding of risk, safety, and governance frameworks
