S&E CareTrade has over 40 years of experience in the healthcare sector, providing c onsumables, medical and janitorial equipment, and fall-prevention solutions to nursing homes. Our extensive inventory, held at our Antrim distribution centre, ensures prompt dispatch and support for nursing homes across the island of Ireland.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Administrator located in Antrim. The Sales Administrator will be responsible for managing sales orders, processing customer enquiries, and providing administrative support to the sales team. Daily tasks include data entry, maintaining customer records, coordinating with warehouse and distribution for dispatch, and assisting with sales reports and documentation. The role also involves liaising with clients, handling customer complaints, and ensuring a smooth sales process from order to delivery. The Sales Administrator will collaborate closely with various departments to meet company and customer needs.
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in this role.
* Proficiency in data entry, maintaining customer records, and managing sales orders
* Strong communication skills for handling customer enquiries and complaints
* Experience in coordinating with warehouse and distribution center, and assisting with sales reports
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
* Ability to work independently in an on-site environment
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other sales-related software
* Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
