Job Description: Support Worker

Supporting individuals to develop and maintain essential daily living skills.

Identifying and meeting the individual needs of the people we support.

Building and nurturing positive relationships with individuals, colleagues, and the wider community.

Encouraging and enabling choice, independence, and the rights of people with Learning Disabilities.

Following personalized care plans to help individuals take an active role in all aspects of their lives, including activities in the home and local community.

You're passionate about supporting people and making a difference in their lives.

You have at least 2 years of experience in care, including time in a Senior Support Worker role.

You're flexible and happy to work weekdays, weekends, and adapt to individual needs.

You're comfortable with personal care and enthusiastic about helping individuals participate in daily activities.

You value dignity, respect, and uphold ethical standards in your work.

You're eager to grow your career with opportunities for leadership roles and fully funded qualifications.

Desired criteria:

* Senior Support Worker Experience
* NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care

Professional skills you'll need for this job opportunity:

Ability to support clients with learning disabilities and/or complex needs.
