Package, TJ Morris Limited, trading as Home Bargains, is a privately owned, family-run discount retailer offering top brands at low prices on the UK high street. Founded in Liverpool, Home Bargains has grown to over 600 stores, serving more than 5 million customers each week. We are expanding our store portfolio rapidly and open nearly one new store every weekend, thriving in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding customer service and act as the face of Home Bargains, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
* Support fellow team members in delivering excellence across the store, including stocking, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring products are available and presentable.
* Care for customers on tills and handle cash transactions; rotate stock and ensure shelves are correctly stocked.
Qualifications
* Demonstrate a good understanding of customer service.
* Experience of cash handling and working in a retail environment.
* Experience of manual handling and stock replenishment.
* Hardworking and reliable; polite and professional.
Compensation
* £12.21 per hour (18-20), £12.50 per hour (21+).
* 20 hours per week, 6am–10am shifts.
