Certus Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing technology consultancy seeking a high-performing enterprise Business Development Manager to drive new logo growth across Data Platform Modernisation, AI, Analytics, and Managed Services.
This is a senior, strategic new business role focused on winning and shaping complex enterprise opportunities across the UK and Europe. The successful candidate will engage C-suite stakeholders, open doors into major accounts, and lead consultative sales cycles around Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Copilot, Data & AI transformation, and enterprise analytics solutions.
The role requires someone commercially sharp, credible with senior buyers, and comfortable operating in complex, multi-stakeholder environments where deals are measured in long-term strategic value rather than short-term wins.
Key BDM responsibilities include:
* Driving net-new business across enterprise and mid-market accounts
* Building pipeline through outbound activity, networking, partnerships, and strategic account engagement
* Selling Data & AI transformation services, analytics platforms, and managed services solutions
* Leading consultative, value-led sales conversations with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, CFOs, and senior transformation leaders
* Working closely with pre-sales and delivery teams to shape compelling enterprise solutions
* Managing long and complex sales cycles through to commercial close
The ideal BDM will bring:
* Proven experience selling enterprise Data, Analytics, Cloud, AI, or Digital Transformation services
* A strong hunter mentality with a track record of winning new logos
* Experience within the Microsoft ecosystem (Fabric, Azure, Power BI, Copilot, M365 etc.)
* The ability to engage and influence at C-level
* Strong commercial and deal-structuring capability
* Experience selling multi-year services and transformation programmes
* A consultative, curious, and highly driven approach
This is an excellent opportunity to join a business with strong delivery capability, established partnerships, and growing demand across the Data & AI market.
* Hybrid working – Reading / London access preferred
For enterprise sales professionals who understand how to turn complex technology conversations into commercial outcomes, this role offers genuine scope, autonomy, and earning potential.
