Command, lead and manage a CST Tp in barracks and on operations. Responsibilities include: Command Tp as per Unit’s objectives/ mission. Responsible for day to day management of personnel in camp and when deployed. Supervise and advise SNCOs and JNCOs in all aspects of professional and personal development. Career management of all personnel under their command. Monitor all aspects of administration and recommend disciplinary, welfare or remedial action to OC. Responsible for health, safety and welfare of all personnel under command. Take up a secondary role within Sports, AT, the Mess or other extra-curricular activity.
