About the role
As an Order Management Co-Ordinator, you will support the day-to-day management of consumer direct orders and ensure all related processes are completed efficiently and accurately.
Key responsibilities include:
5. Monitor and manage the status of consumer direct orders
6. Utilize an order book to manage consumer direct orders effectively
7. Ensure accurate pricing for all orders
8. Set up and maintain reserve management according to established guidelines
9. Address consumer direct queries and communicate with end users through the online portal
10. Confirm receipt of orders to all relevant parties
11. Manage changes to delivery orders between consumers and the warehouse
12. Oversee back orders and monitor the status of orders
13. Monitor and initiate any claims due to damaged or lost stock
14. Resolve delivery issues with the warehouse and liaise directly with the consumer

15. Working experience with Microsoft packages, particularly Word and Excel, including v-lookups, charts, and pivot tables
