As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital support role within the catering team, ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently and hygienically.
Reporting into the Head Chef/Sous Chef, you will help maintain high standards that enable the team to deliver an outstanding experience for our customers.
The Role
1. Ensure basic cleaning duties are completed promptly and to a high standard
2. Collect and wash pots, pans, crockery, and cutlery
3. Clean food preparation areas and kitchen equipment thoroughly
4. Assist with unloading deliveries of food and kitchen supplies
5. Keep the storeroom organised and well-maintained
6. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work surfaces, walls, and floors
7. Support the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
