Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement streamlined recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and scalability. Leverage technology and CRMs to optimise talent acquisition workflows. Lead and mentor a small team of resourcers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Analyse recruitment metrics and performance data to continuously improve processes and outcomes. Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align recruitment strategies with business objectives. Skills and Attributes : Proven experience in a high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environment, either from an agency or in-house talent acquisition. Strong analytical mindset with a methodical approach to utilising technology and CRMs. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
