The role involves working directly with children, young people, and their families—particularly those on the neurodevelopmental assessment pathway for Autism and ADHD. You’ll carry out specialist assessments and deliver structured, graduated parenting interventions. The position offers varied work across family homes and educational settings, with full training, supervision, and support provided. Key Responsibilities Deliver targets as outlined in the service and team business plan. Undertake specialist assessments of children, young people, and their families. Plan and deliver structured parenting interventions in line with service guidance. Keep accurate, timely records and enter required data. Attend multi-agency meetings and communicate effectively with lead professionals. Work directly with families in various settings and provide transport as needed (following health and safety guidance).
