~ Mon to Fri on a single site in central Birmingham, on the below hours:
~ 1 week in 6 call out paying £1350 standby per annum, and 4 hours work paid if called

~ Excellent training Here at ISS, as one of the UK's leading Facilities Management (FM) providers, we are looking to recruit a qualified Electrician to join our Maintenance team aligned against the client's corporate banking facility in central Birmingham Here, working with other engineers, you will complete planned and reactive electrical maintenance across the site covering Low and High Voltage Distribution systems, final circuits, standby generators, load shedding equipment, UPS systems. There will be some managing UPS load bank testing of the UPS batteries. *We are happy to work with a developed Electrician looking to became more familiar with high voltage* There will also be some small mechanical maintenance and fabric jobs, from where you get jobs delivered to your tablet system, and can work with good autonomy to manage and deliver your own work load There is excellent training available, and this is a modern, recently refurbished building to work with brand new kit Actions will include:
~ Responsibility for electrical PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames so that the customer expectations are exceeded.
~ Responsibility for other types of building services maintenance to include fabric, HVAC, mechanical and related tasks.
~ To provide callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota.
~ To undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring of contractors and their workmanship, so that relevant standards are met. Ensure that all electrical equipment within scope operates to specified performance criteria.
~ To evaluate performance and ensure the proper servicing and maintenance of equipment under contract to the company is carried out.
~ To ensure that administration requirements are actioned on time and all necessary documents / records are maintained accurately.
Electrical qualifications and some working experience (either install or maintenance)
