Come and join our team as a People Operations Specialist!
We are looking for an individual with experience in People Operations (HR & Payroll Admin) to join our People & Culture team initially on a fixed term contract until November 2026. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, enable timely transactions, ensure data integrity, and deliver a successful operational process.
Purpose of the Role
Reporting directly to the Senior People Operations Manager for Europe West (UK & Ireland), you will support the team of People Operations Specialists in existing and new processes. The role focuses on improving workload management, processes, and technology use to ensure high-quality service delivery to our customers.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: onboarding and offboarding, payroll data preparation, correspondence, query resolution, and utilization of HR, payroll, and absence management systems. You will also conduct HR and payroll audits, controls, and analysis to ensure compliance, best practices, and data accuracy, providing insights to stakeholders.
What Experience Are We Looking For?
* Experience in People Operations, ideally in a large organization
* Knowledge of operations in the UK and Ireland is advantageous
* Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and plan
* Experience with Workday or similar HR platforms is beneficial
* Comfortable with learning new systems and exploring functionalities autonomously
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with cross-functional experience
