Contract Personnel is currently recruiting Dispatch Operatives for a well-established local manufacturer based on the outskirts of Thetford. This is a hands-on role within a busy warehouse and dispatch environment, with temp-to-perm opportunities for the right candidate.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30
Duties Include:
Loading and unloading vehicles
Packing and securing goods for safe delivery
Checking goods in and out and completing paperwork
Organising loads to maximise space and efficiency
Liaising with drivers and internal teams
Maintaining health and safety standards
Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
Candidate Requirements:
Reliable with a positive, can-do attitude
Good attention to detail and communication skills
Previous manual handling experience required (heavy lifting involved)
Own transport essential due to location
