Solutions4Health is pleased to offer the position of Office Administrator at our Reading Head Office. This is a permanent role with a salary of £24,960, dependent on experience.
Role Summary
The post holder will work with minimal supervision and be expected to work flexibly as part of a team, supporting a wide range of tasks such as administrative duties, data analysis, report writing, and information gathering. The role involves liaising with internal and external stakeholders and partners, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and queries.
The main focus of this role is to support office administration, SmokeFreeLife Berkshire, and various stop-smoking services within the company. Responsibilities include handling Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT), delivering Very Brief Advice (VBA) training, and performing general administrative tasks. You will be the friendly and organized point of contact, coordinating appointments, managing data, and supporting our Stop Smoking Advisers to ensure the community stop smoking services operate effectively.
All team members undergo comprehensive training to ensure high standards and evidence-based practice. Full training will be provided to support the post-holder across various areas.
