Job Specification: EBSA Reintegration WorkerOrganisation: Keys Co-operative Academy Trust Location: Tiptree, with travel across homes, schools, and community settingsRole PurposeTo support KS3 and KS4 pupils who are unable to attend mainstream education due to medical or SEMH needs. The role focuses on delivering personalised, trauma-informed support to enable successful reintegration into education. Work may take place in the home, public spaces, school, or specialist settings.A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide face-to-face mentoring and reintegration supportDeliver home-based sessions, progressing to community and school settingsApply trauma-informed and restorative approachesDevelop Harm Reduction Plans and Therapeutic Thinking Risk CalculatorsLead multi-agency meetings and maintain accurate digital records (e.g.
