With continued growth and a strong brand reputation, they are now seeking an experienced Technical Marketing Manager to support the next phase of their expansion within the architectural facades market.
The Role
As Technical Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping how the company’s technical expertise and market leadership are communicated to clients and the wider industry. You’ll lead the development and execution of a cohesive marketing strategy that strengthens brand visibility, generates qualified enquiries, and supports project pursuits across the facades division.
This position blends a strategic approach with hands‑on delivery – ideal for someone who can balance creativity with commercial understanding and enjoys working in a technically led environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the creation and delivery of the annual marketing strategy and activity plan, aligned to business objectives.
* Manage multi-channel marketing (email, digital, and social) to drive enquiries and brand visibility.
* Oversee website content, SEO performance and analytics.
* Building relationships with specifiers and contractors to gather feedback for future improvements including market research on customers, competitors and emerging sectors.
* Support Business Development and Pre-Construction teams on bids and project pursuits.
* Coordinate case studies, product launches, and industry events.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform positioning.
* Manage budgets, reporting, and KPIs.
* Maintain brand consistency across all technical and digital materials.
* Lead and develop the internal marketing team.
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a proactive marketing professional with a balance of strategic vision and hands‑on delivery.
Requirements:
* 5 years+ strategic marketing experience, including managing a team, ideally within construction or a technical product environment.
* Strong understanding of technical or specification-driven marketing.
* Proven ability to manage marketing strategy, digital channels, and content delivery.
* Confident communicator across creative, commercial, and technical audiences.
