The Head Teacher and Governors are seeking to appoint an experienced KS2 teacher and Phase Leader with a proven track record of securing high standards of learning, progress and behaviour, to join our exciting and hardworking Sandal Castle family. They will be responsible for overseeing Maths across school.
The successful candidates must:
1. Be able to provide evidence of teaching qualities judged consistently good or better
2. Be a reflective practitioner, eager to improve their skills and committed to becoming an outstanding teacher
3. Have high expectations of achievement and behaviour
4. Be a good communicator with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
5. As part of a team plan stimulating and engaging maths and English lessons
6. Inspire and motivate pupils
7. Increase and strengthen our current teaching profile
8. Demonstrate a track record of good and outstanding teaching practice
9. Provide evidence of recent successful class teaching including pupil progress data
