Job Title: Experienced Aesthetic Therapist
Job Type: Part-Time
I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a highly respected, multi-award-winning aesthetic clinic based in Godalming. This doctor-led, independent clinic has over 35 years of experience, is CQC registered, and is known for its exceptional patient care. With a 4.9-star Google rating and a strong, engaged following on Instagram, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and thriving team. They’re now looking for a skilled and passionate Aesthetic Therapist to step into a part-time role, with the advantage of taking over a fully established client base.
As a key member of the team, you’ll deliver a wide range of treatments including Cutera Lasers, Sofwave, CoolSculpting, microneedling, skin peels, and ZO skincare. The clinic prides itself on creating an environment where patient satisfaction is paramount, and you’ll play an important role in helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals.
This role is ideal for someone dedicated to delivering high-quality aesthetic treatments while ensuring an outstanding client experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a wide range of treatments including Cutera Lasers, Sofwave, Hydrafacials, microneedling, skin peels, and CoolSculpting
* Conduct in-depth consultations and create tailored treatment plans
* Provide expert aftercare advice and build strong client relationships
* Work collaboratively to achieve clinic goals while prioritising patient satisfaction
* Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer care
* Keep up-to-date with the latest aesthetic trends and technologies
* Support marketing efforts by creating short treatment-related video content when needed
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)
* Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience in aesthetics
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Impeccable personal presentation and professional attitude
* Passion for achieving great results and delivering a premium client experience
* Familiarity with CRM systems (Pabau experience is a bonus)
Employment Details
* Location: Godalming, United Kingdom
* Shifts: Monday, Wednesday, every other Thursday or Friday, and 1 in 4 Saturdays (flexible with days)
* Notes: This is a part-time role with an established client base
