Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Private Client Solicitor – Senior Role / Head of Department (HOD) located in Dorchester with some flexibility for remote work. In this role, the individual will manage a diverse portfolio of private client cases and provide expert legal advice across relevant legal areas. Responsibilities include drafting legal documents, overseeing client relationships, managing junior staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will lead and develop the private client department, contribute to strategic decisions, and foster growth within the team while maintaining exceptional client service standards.
Qualifications
* Expertise in Law with a specific focus on Private Client matters
* Strong skills and experience in Conveyancing and Commercial Real Estate
* Knowledge and practical experience in Labor and Employment Law
* Proficiency in Family Law
* Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing a legal team
* Excellent communication, client management, and organizational skills
* Qualified Solicitor with a strong track record in private client legal practice
* Ability to provide strategic insight to develop and grow the Private Client department
