The Opportunity:
AsourPeople Hub Manager, you will lead on meeting all regulatoryrequirements, mitigating risks, and managing future legislative changes. You will ensure all people and payroll audit standards are met while driving operational excellence across our processes. You will also manage people and payroll tasks to ensure colleagues are paid accurately, on time, and in line with legislation.
Role responsibilities will include:
1. Overseeaccurateandtimelycompletion of all people and payroll administration within our HR System, including new starters, movers, and leavers.
2. Manage all HMRC-related requirements, including RTI submissions, PAYE reconciliation, and ensuring all payments aresubmittedaccurately and on time.
3. Ensure all pension responsibilities such as auto-enrolment, reconciliations, and pay overs are completed correctly and within deadlines.
4. Lead on year-end activities including RTI submissions, P60s, P11Ds, payroll statements, and Class 1A BIK calculations.
