Assistant Business Support Executive - Central London - 6 month contract - £27,000 - Start date ASAP

We're partnering with a leading consultancy in Central London to find an enthusiastic and proactive Assistant Business Support Executive to join their bustling team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with drive, ambition and a passion for delivering exceptional support, who is looking to gain experience in a professional environment. As a key member of the team, you'll help ensure the office runs smoothly and every visitor receives a warm, professional welcome.

Assistant Business Support Executive duties:

Provide a professional, efficient and reliable support service to the wider team
Assist with client enquiries, take messages and help service meetings
Prepare and produce documents to a high standard
Manage electronic filing and maintain accurate records
Support with event organisation, diary management, travel arrangements and meeting bookings
Oversee meeting room coordination and welcome external guests
Carry out a broad range of general administrative duties to keep the office running smoothlyExperience

Some previous office experience (preferred, but not essential)
Excellent organisational skills and strong initiative
Strong communication skills and great attention to detail
Confidence in managing your own workload and prioritising tasks
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
