Receptionist - Corporate Healthcare Office - City of London - £13ph - Immediate Start

We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to provide short-term sickness cover within a professional corporate healthcare head office based in the City of London.

Location: City of London (EC2)
Start Date: Monday 2nd March 2026
End Date: Friday 27th March 2026 (with potential extension into April)
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday
Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm
Rate: £13.00 per hour paye
Interview: Teams interview required prior to confirmation

This is a front-of-house role within a busy corporate office environment. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, providing a professional and welcoming reception service.



Key Responsibilities:

Managing the main reception desk

Meeting and greeting visitors

Handling incoming calls and directing appropriately

Managing meeting room bookings

Supporting general administrative duties

Maintaining a professional reception area

Candidate Requirements:

Previous reception or front-of-house experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Professional presentation

Confident working in a corporate environment

Available to start immediately
