Role: Engagement Coordinator
Location: Mirfield, WF14 0DQ
Salary: £11.54/hr
Hours: Full and part-time roles available (all roles will include some weekend working). We are unable to offer sponsorship to work in the UK. Applicants should have at least 6 months of UK-based work experience in any sector.

At Hollybank Trust, we support adults and young people with profound and multiple learning disabilities to live their lives to the fullest. We are looking for new Engagement Coordinators to join us on full or part-time basis, including some weekend and evening work.

Key duties:
1. Plan, create, and lead on planned activities for our adults throughout the week.
2. Develop innovative ways for our adults and support staff to engage with new activities.
3. Build and maintain positive relationships with our adults, supporting their person-centred care plans.
4. Deliver a sustainable, adaptable enrichment program, regularly evaluated for excitement and individualization.
5. Document adult engagement through photos, videos, and other methods.
6. Collaborate with internal and external professionals and families to enhance the effectiveness of the program.
