Do you want to shape smarter procurement and be part of a team that values people as much as performance?
What are we looking for?
We’re looking for a Procurement Business Partner who’s not just great with contracts and compliance—but brilliant with people too. If you love solving problems, building strong relationships, and making procurement feel like partnership, this could be your next move.
What will the role involve?
You’ll lead high-value, complex procurement projects that make a real difference across our shared service councils. You’ll work closely with service teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver smart, ethical, and impactful procurement—while being part of a supportive and sociable team.
What skills, knowledge and abilities do you require for the role?
We’re after someone who’s confident working independently but thrives in a collaborative environment. You’ll have knowledge of public sector regulations and experience working in a local authority environment, be comfortable managing risk, spotting opportunities, and communicating clearly with stakeholders at all levels. If you’re strategic, people‑smart, and ready to raise the profile of procurement, we’d love to hear from you.
What do we offer?
* Competitive salary & pension scheme.
* A friendly, supportive team.
* Opportunities for continuing professional development.
* Hybrid working.
