We are seeking an experienced and professional Security Officer that holds a valid SIA Licence with a natural talent for retail security to join our client in keeping their customers safe.

Day to Day Duties:
Working as a Retail Security Officer for our client your duties will be:
* You will be working in a well-known retail store, which holds various stock
* Officers are responsible for providing safety and security to both staff and visitors alike
* Providing assistance to customers, employees and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
As a Retail Security Officer, it is essential that you:
* Can deal with any difficult situations that arise in a safe and professional manner
* Deter criminal activity and misconduct and perform other duties as assigned
* Are available to work full time hours
* Have a valid SIA Licence
* Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential
* Excellent surveillance and observation skills
* Able to assess and identify vulnerabilities, and work pro-actively to minimise risks
* Local knowledge of area advantageous
Training:
* Relevant training provided along with ongoing support throughout
