An exciting new vacancy has arisen within the Elland facility for a Project Coordinator About the Role Are you a detail-oriented, proactive professional with a passion for project coordination and delivery? We’re looking for a Project Co-ordinator (Special Projects) to join our dynamic team at Trillium UK Valves. In this pivotal role, you’ll support our Senior Project Managers in driving forward critical engineering and manufacturing projects across the oil, gas, and nuclear sectors. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor project plans, schedules, and documentation. Organise and participate in stakeholder meetings, including inspection activities. Track project milestones and ensure timely delivery of key tasks. Liaise with procurement to expedite supplier deliverables. Support document control processes and ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2008. Prepare reports, presentations, and final documentation packages for clients. Identify project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies. Champion continuous improvement and uphold health & safety standards. What We’re Looking For Experience in engineering/manufacturing or project management within oil, gas, or nuclear sectors. Strong administrative and coordination skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ideally SAP. Excellent communication, reasoning, and influencing abilities. Ability to manage competing demands and adapt in a fast-paced environment. A team player with a proactive mindset and a focus on results.
