We are now looking for a Conduct Risk officer to join our team based in either London or Nottingham. In this key role you will focus on driving the development and approach to internal control of regulatory and conduct risk by acting as an embedded independent challenger, advisor and partner to support the underwriting team on conduct risk and regulatory compliance. Essential Role Functions Include But Are Not Limited To Supporting the implementation and embedding of the Conduct Risk Framework Advising and supporting the business functions on, oversight of risk controls and performance metrics, applicable regulatory conduct requirements & supporting business activities through compliance advice & expertise Reviewing Policy documentation, training materials, websites, or other material for conduct risk Ensure Consumer Duty principles are met across the business. Support the on-going operations of a Delegated Authority and Product Governance control framework. Successful candidates must have a good working knowledge of conduct risk as well as knowledge of consumer duty, either via direct experience or experience within complaints or compliance and a background within the Insurance sector is essential. We are looking for candidates with a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail skills, be able to demonstrate good report writing skills, as well as knowledge of MS office, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
