Job Description
Freelance Project Manager required for a £20M new build 200-bed student accommodation project, scheduled for Practical Completion around September 2026. The project involves working for the principal contractor on a steel portal frame scheme with amenities, landscaping, and associated works. There will be elements of restricted access due to the location and nature of the works.
The role includes site-based liaison and management of the principal contractor team, as well as their associated design, construction, commercial, supply chain, and consultant teams.
Requirements:
Experience as a Project Manager with a proven track record in delivering BTR/student accommodation schemes.
Current CSCS Card, SMSTS, and First Aid certificates.
