Classroom Technician – Motor Vehicle – Permanent – 21.6 hours per week (part time)
Salary: £15,000 - £15,420 per annum (based on FTE).
Holiday: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro rata for part time).
Location: Broxbourne Campus.
Flexible on days worked / hours.
About the Role
* Ensure a safe working environment whilst students are within the Motor Vehicle area, and in Construction as and when needed.
* Support the carrying out of safety checks on a regular basis and keeping appropriate records.
* Support the upkeep and maintenance of equipment.
* Ensure the unserviceable equipment is removed from use and repaired or replaced as quickly as possible.
* Assist the teaching staff by preparing the workshops in accordance with their requirements.
About You
* Minimum L1 qualification in Motor Vehicle.
* Minimum L2 qualification in English and Mathematics.
* The ability to inspire, engage and support young people.
* Work experience in the Motor Vehicle industry.
