We’re looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team.
J&L Recruitment supplies asbestos operatives across the UK. It’s a busy, fast-moving sector and we need someone organised, sharp and confident on the phone to help keep everything running smoothly.
This role is hands-on. You’ll be speaking to operatives daily, filling bookings, chasing availability, checking certificates and making sure compliance is right before anyone steps foot on site.
What you’ll be doing:

Booking asbestos operatives onto sites across the UK
*
Speaking to candidates every day
*
Checking right to work and certs
*
Keeping records updated on our system
*
Filling last minute jobs when things change (because they always do)
*
Building solid relationships with the workforce
What we’re looking for:

Confident communicator
*
Organised and able to juggle multiple jobs at once
*
Good attention to detail
*
Resilient and not easily flustered
*
Recruitment or construction experience preferred
*
Early starter mindset
Knowledge and expereince helps in this role, but attitude matters more.
