Position Overview
Therapy Account Specialist – Cardiac Arrhythmia – United Kingdom (required to reside in South West/South Coast or Cambridge/Norwich area).
Responsibilities
* Provide clinical and technical assistance to physicians and EP lab staff on the Affera™ Mapping and Ablation System, Pulse Select PFA ablation system, and Arctic Front Advance Cryoablation system.
* Deliver technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation, and maintenance to ensure technology acceptance among hospital stakeholders.
* Develop and maintain professional customer relationships and comprehensive product knowledge, staying current on competitive products.
* Manage high‑stress situations with a clear problem‑solving mindset.
* Participate in regular territory reviews with the Sales Manager.
* Act as liaison between sales personnel and technical staff.
Required Knowledge and Experience
* Bachelor’s degree or higher.
* Knowledge of electrophysiology.
* Background in cardiology or experience as a cardiac physiologist.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills with ability to build relationships across clinical and non‑clinical stakeholders.
* Positive, entrepreneurial attitude with passion, energy, and a commitment to excellence.
* Clean driving license.
* Understanding of 3D mapping systems is an advantage.

Competitive salary and flexible benefits package. Pay range: £52,000 – £78,000 per year.
