Responsibilities include planning and delivering lessons, leading small group activities, and covering classes when needed. General Roles and Responsibilities
* Support student learning, development, and wellbeing.
* Deliver targeted interventions based on educational research.
* Conduct assessments to identify learning needs.
* Track and evaluate student progress.
* Supervise students during breaks and lunch, promoting safety.
* Build relationships with students, families, and staff.
* Plan and deliver lessons under teacher guidance, including covering classes.
* Collaborate with SENDCo and contribute to planning and review.
* Promote emotional wellbeing, inclusion, and school values.
* Engage in ongoing professional development.
