Conveyancing Legal Secretary – Leamington Spa Our client, a Legal 500 recognised and LEXCEL accredited law firm, is seeking a Legal Secretary to support its busy Property Department in Leamington Spa. Key Responsibilities: Provide audio typing and document production from dictation Scan, allocate and manage incoming post electronically Maintain and update client files and case management system Support the conveyancing process through to post-completion and archiving Handle telephone and in-person enquiries from clients and estate agents Provide quotes for conveyancing services when required Perform general administrative tasks Attend departmental and firm-wide meetings Key Skills & Experience: Previous administrative or secretarial experience in a law firm Strong typing skills with experience in audio dictation Knowledge of residential conveyancing (desirable but not essential) Excellent client care and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with case management systems preferred Flexible, reliable and a team player Willingness to work at other office locations if required What We Offer: Annual salary review each October based on individual performance Work for a prestigious Legal 500 firm with a strong reputation across Warwickshire Excellent progression opportunities within a supportive and professional environment Life assurance Subsidised legal fees Extra day off for your birthday Company pension scheme If you're a Conveyancing Legal Secretary and are looking to take the next step in your career at a flexible, forward-thinking law firm, we’d love to hear from you.
