The E-Sports Arena Assistant will support the operational, supervisory, and administrative functions within the Esports Arena when it is open to the public. This role involves monitoring activities, ensuring safety, enforcing policies, and supervision of players in the arena, while ensuring events run smoothly from a technical standpoint.
Candidate profile:
Knowledge of PC and console operating systems is essential.
An enthusiasm for gaming and a willingness to learn audio visual basics (such as HDMI connections, microphone and camera operation) are also essential.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage conflict.
