This job involves providing high-quality and compliant technical services. The Contract Delivery Manager will ensure efficient service delivery within budget and specifications, monitor and report on performance, and aim for continuous improvement.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Lead maintenance management, providing information on service plans and records
* Support all maintenance-related activities through effective communication
* Respond promptly and professionally to client requests
* Ensure compliance with contract specifications
* Provide monthly reports to clients and internal teams
Health, Safety and Environmental
* Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies
* Maintain risk assessments, COSHH records, and safe work method records
* Ensure staff are aware of and comply with H&S responsibilities
* Monitor service partners for compliance with legislation
* Manage remedial, emergency, and planned works to ensure safety
Quality of Service Delivery
* Assess performance and drive improvements in skills, attitude, and resource utilization
* Update asset lists, schedules, and instructions on client platforms
* Plan labor and schedule tasks effectively
* Follow quality systems and ensure preventative and remedial actions
* Utilize business systems effectively, including financial and maintenance management
* Review work schedules for efficiency and value
* Report on quality and financial performance in line with KPIs
Continuous Improvement
Regularly review and recommend service improvements or cost savings, adopting a proactive and innovative approach to changes.
Personnel Management and Administration
* Provide technical support and assess team performance
* Ensure staff presentation and morale are maintained
* Handle HR queries and conduct staff recruitment and induction
* Distribute work based on capability and capacity
* Contribute to staff and supplier appraisals
* Maintain administrative records as per policy
Finance
* Manage purchasing and processing of maintenance supplies and subcontractors
* Maintain accurate records and reports on expenditures
* Ensure timely invoicing and manage debt levels
* Control costs and promote cost-effective practices
Critical Performance Measures
* H&S compliance

Qualifications & Experience
Experience in Building Services industry, strong communication skills, familiarity with CAFM systems, technical competence in building services, team leadership ability, proficiency in Microsoft Office.
