You have
* A level 4 construction qualification or equivalent experience
* A relevant health and safety qualification and CDM knowledge
* Experience leading repairs teams through change and improvement
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets
* Confidence to challenge, coach and inspire brilliant performance.

The practical bits
* We typically work on a hybrid basis currently with 2 days per week in our Durhan office with the rest from home
* You'll work Monday to Friday
* We work between the hours of 08:30 to 16:30
* You need a Basic DBS check that we pay for
