Our client is an elite US law firm seeking an experienced Banking & Finance Lawyer with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience to join their market leading practice in London.
You’ll be involved in advising financial institutions, funds, and corporates on a broad range of financing matters, with particular focus on general lending, acquisition finance, and syndicated loans.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advising clients on high-value domestic and international lending transactions.
* Drafting and negotiating loan agreements and related finance documents.
* Acting for lenders and borrowers across a wide range of sectors.
* Supporting a highly active and collaborative partner-led practice on complex cross-border mandates.
* Developing trusted client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives.
About You:
* Qualified lawyer with 3-6 years’ PQE in banking and finance, ideally gained at a top-tier UK or international firm.
* Strong experience in lending, with exposure to general corporate lending and/or acquisition finance.
* Excellent technical skills and the ability to manage complex transactions efficiently.
* A collaborative mindset with a genuine interest in developing a long-term legal career within the firm.
