Warehouse Team Manager - Meat Production (Day Shifts)
Location: Winsford
Shift Pattern: Days | Rotating shift pattern, 4 days week one, 3 days week 2

You\'ll play a key role in ensuring daily operational success, leading from the front to motivate and guide your team while driving efficiency, safety, and performance.
What You\'ll Be Doing
* Leading a team within the warehouse to meet daily KPIs across productivity, safety, and quality
* Delivering shift briefs, allocating tasks, and maintaining strong team engagement
* Creating action plans to improve standards, reduce costs, and enhance performance
* Coaching and developing your team to support progression and talent growth
* Monitoring performance against targets and driving continuous improvement initiatives
* Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and pest control standards are always met
* Supporting a positive, safe, and well-organised working environment across the shift
We\'re Looking For Someone With
* Supervisory/management experience in a warehouse or production setting - ideally within meat or fresh food manufacturing
* A confident, hands-on leadership style with the ability to engage large teams
* Excellent communication, people management, and problem-solving skills
* Experience with performance metrics, cost management, and compliance standards
* A positive mindset, a strong work ethic, and a drive to deliver results
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unionised environment
