Teaching Personnel is looking for dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join several welcoming and inclusive SEN schools on the Manchester/Salford border this September.\n\nThis is an exciting opportunity to work in supportive school environments, helping students with a range of needs including autism, ADHD, and moderate to severe learning difficulties.\n\nRole Responsibilities:\n\nProvide 1:1 and small group support to students across KS3 and KS4\n\nWork closely with class teachers and SENCO to support tailored learning plans\n\nHelp manage behaviour and encourage engagement in lessons\n\nSupport personal care or mobility needs if required (training can be provided)\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n\nPrevious experience working in an SEN or school setting is preferred\n\nEmpathetic, patient, and adaptable individuals with a genuine desire to support students\n\nA team player with good communication skills and a proactive attitude\n\nDBS on the update service (or willing to apply for one through Teaching Personnel)\n\nFull Time (Monday to Friday)\n\nWhy Join Teaching Personnel?\n\nCompetitive weekly pay, paid directly to you\n\nAccess to free CPD training and development opportunities\n\nOngoing support from a dedicated consultant\n\nOpportunity to make a real impact in local schools\n\nAll applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
