Life Sciences/Labs
We are recruiting for Senior Architects and Associate who have experience with Life science typology to join our London offices. The is an excellent & unique opportunity to be part of an experienced and talented team technically designing and delivering signature projects within the sector (UK).
The ideal candidate would be responsible for co-ordinating and delivering laboratories in line with Technical & Qualitative Brief. Working with and managing the consultant team, client representative, Contractor (incl. supply chain) and wider client team.
Experience & Skills
* Experience of laboratory design or design of other technically challenging environments such as clean rooms is required.
* RIBA Stage 4 Delivery
* 2-5 years post qualification experience
* Good design and technical skills
* Excellent organisational, communications and client-facing skills
* Leadership and project management skills
* Strong Revit skills essential
* ARB/RIBA/RIAS registered
* UK experienced
