Successful Tech Innovation company in Cambridge is looking for a talented Paralegal/Legal Assistant to play a pivotal role in supporting legal and governance matters across our ventures. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you’ll gain exposure to a wide range of legal, corporate, and commercial matters. You will support on corporate structuring, drafting and reviewing legal documentation, and providing governance guidance to the leadership team and founders in terms of Legal & Governance and statutory, Company Secretarial duties.
To apply you will need good knowledge of UK company law and corporate governance: - Proven ability to draft, review, and compile legal documentation. Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail. Confident interpersonal and communication skills to advise senior stakeholders.
Experience in startups, venture capital, or private equity environments would be an advantage. This role is offered on 6-month fixed term basis.
