We’re looking for a creative, motivated, and customer‑focused Shop Manager to join our team. This role is full‑time and located at Daventry Homeware Shop.

What You’ll Do
* Maintain day‑to‑day shop operation
* Plan and manage deliveries and collections
* Operate stock rotation system and pricing structure
* Ensure efficient back‑room operation
* Deliver budgeted sales targets and maximise profit
* Provide outstanding customer service
* Create store layout aligned with brand guidelines
What We’re Looking For
* Effective people management experience
* Strong organisational and time‑management skills
* Experience working with volunteers
* Customer care skills
* IT skills and online retail experience
* Financial and numerical literacy
* Cash handling and stock control experience
* Creativity in merchandising and presentation
* Awareness of retail trends and initiative for results
