Salary: £40,000 – £48,000 (Full-Time, Permanent)
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Serious Injury Solicitor to join a highly regarded legal team in Bolton. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled solicitor with a strong background in handling complex and high-value personal injury matters to further their career within a supportive and forwardthinking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a caseload of complex and high-value personal injury claims, including catastrophic injury cases.
• Conduct thorough investigations, liaise with medical experts, and obtain key evidence to support claims.
• Draft legal documents, provide detailed advice, and manage cases from initial instruction through to settlement or trial.
• Represent clients at hearings, conferences, and settlement meetings where necessary.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to share expertise and support the wider team’s success.
• Maintain exceptional client care standards, ensuring that clients are kept informed and supported throughout the claims process.
Requirements:
• Qualified Solicitor with proven experience in complex and/or catastrophic personal injury claims.
• Strong technical knowledge of personal injury law and civil procedure.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• A proactive, organised, and detail-oriented approach to managing a varied caseload.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
