General Manager

An established and growing food manufacturing business is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume production site based in Dungannon.
This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for the operational performance and strategic direction of the site. The successful candidate will play a key part in shaping the future of the operation, driving a culture of performance and accountability, and ensuring the site consistently delivers at the highest standards of safety, quality, service, and cost. We are looking for an experienced leader who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on operational delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide strategic and operational leadership across all site functions including production, engineering, planning, technical, quality, health and safety, and supply chain.
2. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
3. Deliver site performance against agreed KPIs for safety, quality, service, cost, and people.
4. Lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring clear direction, engagement, and development.
