Join Gigaclear as a senior technical expert to shape architectural direction while doing hands‑on development, mentoring and innovation. You will raise standards across the engineering team, drive adoption of modern practices such as TDD, CI/CD, and code quality gates, and collaborate closely with Product, QA and DevOps in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities
• Lead complex technical design, contribute to road‑maps, POCs and solution proposals; develop and maintain secure, scalable software.
• Guide the team on modern engineering practices including TDD, CI/CD, and code quality gates.
• Promote collaboration and accountability across cross‑functional teams.
• Maintain hands‑on standards by mentoring and leading technical excellence initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
• 2–3+ years of Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and experience with custom objects, triggers, batch jobs, asynchronous processing, and declarative automation.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM201) – Salesforce Platform Developer II desirable.
Technical Competencies
* OmniStudio / Communications Cloud: FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures; familiarity with EPC and telecom data models is a plus.
* Salesforce CPQ: Hands‑on configuration and customization; understanding of quote‑to‑cash processes, CPQ automation (rules, pricing, approvals).
* APIs & Integration: Strong experience with Salesforce REST and SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and external system integrations; ability to develop scalable, secure integration patterns.
* DevOps & Testing: Proficiency with GitLab, change sets, or SFDX; comprehensive unit tests, integration testing support, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tools such as Gearset or Copado.
* Industry Exposure: Experience in telecoms, broadband, or managed network services is highly desirable; familiarity with subscription billing, order management, and provisioning workflows is a plus.
