About the Role:
The purpose of the Property Inventory Clerk is to carry out accurate inspections of our rented properties prior to tenants moving in.
You will be responsible for the administration of all residential property inventory inspections. The role will require an organised individual, who is computer literate and has an enthusiasm to achieve high standards.
The position entails a lot of flexibility, as the workload varies with demand. You will need to be efficient, motivated and most importantly have a good eye for detail.
We are looking for someone with the following skills:
* Extremely well organised.
* Methodical and efficient.
* Ability to multi task and meet deadlines.
* Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
* A keen interest in property.
* The role will require dedication to customer service of the highest standard, and we are looking for a highly organised individual with enthusiasm, who is efficient, motivated, and keen to help build new business.
This role is full time.
