We’re looking for an experienced Customer Supply Chain and Commercialisation Manager to join our EMENA AFH team, acting as the key link between our bottling partners and internal cross-functional teams. In this role, you’ll lead supply chain initiatives, manage short-term volume risks and opportunities understanding impact on S&OP, and drive the successful commercialisation of new products and market entries. What you’ll do
Being a EMENA AFH Customer Supply Chain and Commercialisation Manager is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to stir up real success – which means you’ll be:
* Manage strong operational relationships with AFH bottling partners, acting as the single point of contact for nominated EMENA partners.
* Drive end-to-end execution of the S&OE process understanding impact on S&OP. manage both core and campaign demand plans, including allocation planning to maximise stock efficiency.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal EMENA and Global stakeholders across Supply Chain, Commercial, Marketing, and Centre of Excellence teams.
* Lead the commercialisation of NPD, delists, and new market/customer entries, ensuringsmooth transitions and accurate forecasting.
* Coordinate strategic initiatives and regional projects that enhance operational performance, support product range optimisation, and deliver business improvements .
Who you are
It’s your unique ingredients we’re interested in:
* Proven experience in supply chain, project management, or a similar FMCG environment, with a strong track record of delivering commercial service targets.
* Strong understanding of commercial, supply chain, and distribution models, with the ability to interpret data, forecasts, and financial metrics (Excel – intermediate/advanced).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions and levels in a matrix organisation.
* Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects, solve problems with structured thinking, and operate at pace in complex, dynamic settings.
* Desirable: Knowledge of AFH markets, supplier management, and advanced MS Office skills (PowerPoint and Excel), with a degree-level education preferred..
Location: Hybrid with the ability to work from our Central London location a minimum of 2 days per week.
