The Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional and customer focused Service Advisor to join a well established and respected main dealer based in Truro. This position offers a fantastic work-life balance with shift based weekday hours and a light Saturday rota (minimum 1 in 3, possibly 1 in 4), working in a supportive dealership environment known for delivering manufacturer approved servicing and outstanding customer experiences. In this key front of house role, you’ll act as the crucial link between customers and the workshop team, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and high-quality service journey.
