Job Summary: Trigger are seeking a detail-orientated, motivated Project Producer to lead the coordination and delivery of a new flagship, landmark event and associated tour across 2026.
The Project Producer will play a key role within the creative team, supporting the Head of Programme and Partnerships and Senior Producer to manage delivery, including supporting artists, partners, and participants. Full details of the project are currently under embargo, but it will deliver a large-scale, outdoor installation, tour, and event.
The successful applicant will develop and lead the delivery of the Learning & Participation programme for the landmark installation and feed participation strategies throughout the overall annual creative programme. They will champion access to creative participation for everyone on this nationally significant project.
Job Description
Term: The post is offered as a full-time, 1-year fixed-term position, subject to successful completion of a probationary period. Hours: 40 hours per week, with flexibility in working days and hours. Some evening or weekend work will be required, and Trigger offers a TOIL policy.

Place of work: This role is available in two locations: South West (Blagdon, North Somerset) or Sussex, South East (England), with options for remote working.
